舟山仓储综合价格（以下简称“仓储价格”）是反映舟山地区油品及液体化工品仓储租赁市场的指导价格。首先，仓储企业可根据仓储价格确定油罐对外租赁价格标准；其次，油品生产、贸易企业可根据仓储价格核算租罐成本，确定经营策略。
舟山仓储可用商业库容（以下简称“可用库容”）是反映舟山地区油品及液体化工品可实际对外租赁的商业库容数据产品。首先，油品生产、贸易企业在了解舟山仓储价格的同时也提供了仓储租赁的实现途径，降低企业寻库成本；其次，国内外油品行业研究机构、贸易企业可使用可用库容数据开展研究分析，研判市场行情。
舟山油品仓储综合价格指数（以下简称“仓储价格指数”）是反映舟山地区油品市场仓储行情的指数产品。主要便于油品、液化品企业、监管部门及时了解仓储市场行情变化。仓储价格及可用库容基础数据采集自中化兴中、大鼎油储、海港中奥等11家油品仓储企业，仓储企业总库容约1000万方，约占舟山商业库容的7成，浙油中心每月末向11家仓储企业常态化采集仓储租赁价格、可用库容等数据。
仓储价格是浙油中心通过采集11家油品仓储企业6个油品品种和4家液体化工品仓储企业3个液体化工品品种的短期（1-3个月）和长期（6-12个月）价格信息，使用报价企业对应品种的可用商业库容为权重，采用加权平均法对企业报价进行标准化处理。可用库容是浙油中心通过采集11家油品仓储企业6个油品品种和4家液体化工品仓储企业3个液体化工品品种的可实际对外租赁的库容信息，经加总后形成各品种总的可用库容。
仓储价格指数是浙油中心以每个品种“库容×价格”的占比作为权重，以2022年8月为基期，1000为基点，采用加权平均法编制所得。具体算法为：第一步计算各品种对应的窗口期的权数；第二步计算各品种所对应报告期的指数份额；第三步计算基期指数及报告期指数。

The Zhoushan Warehousing Available Commercial Storage Capacity (hereinafter referred to as "Available Capacity") is a data product reflecting the actually available commercial storage capacity for leasing of oil products and liquid chemical products in Zhoushan. Firstly, while learning about the Zhoushan Warehousing Price, oil product production and trading enterprises can also obtain practical approaches for warehousing leasing, reducing their costs for searching available storage; secondly, domestic and foreign oil industry research institutions and trading enterprises can use the Available Capacity data to conduct research and analysis, and judge market trends.
The Comprehensive Zhoushan Oil Product Warehousing Price Index (hereinafter referred to as "Warehousing Price Index") is an index product reflecting the warehousing market trends of the oil product market in Zhoushan. It mainly helps oil product and liquefied product enterprises, as well as regulatory authorities, timely understand the changes in the warehousing market. The basic data of the Warehousing Price and Available Capacity are collected from 11 oil product warehousing enterprises including Sinochem Xingzhong, Dading Oil Storage, Haigang Zhong'ao, etc. The total storage capacity of these enterprises is approximately 10 million cubic meters, accounting for about 70% of Zhoushan's commercial storage capacity. The Zhejiang Oil Center regularly collects data such as warehousing leasing prices and available capacity from the 11 warehousing enterprises at the end of each month.
The Warehousing Price is calculated by the Zhejiang Oil Center through collecting short-term (1-3 months) and long-term (6-12 months) price information of 6 oil product varieties from 11 oil product warehousing enterprises and 3 liquid chemical product varieties from 4 liquid chemical product warehousing enterprises. It uses the available commercial storage capacity of the corresponding variety of the quoting enterprise as the weight, and standardizes the enterprise quotations using the weighted average method.
The Available Capacity is formed by the Zhejiang Oil Center collecting the actually available leasing storage capacity information of 6 oil product varieties from 11 oil product warehousing enterprises and 3 liquid chemical product varieties from 4 liquid chemical product warehousing enterprises, then summing up the data to obtain the total available capacity for each variety.
The Warehousing Price Index is compiled by the Zhejiang Oil Center using the proportion of "storage capacity × price" for each variety as the weight, taking August 2022 as the base period and 1000 as the base point, through the weighted average method. The specific calculation steps are as follows: first, calculate the weight of the corresponding window period for each variety; second, calculate the index share of the reporting period corresponding to each variety; third, calculate the base period index and the reporting period index.
