Assessing Sustainability Competencies Within the Hearing Healthcare Workforce: Development and Psychometric Validation of a Profession-Specific Scale

This repository contains the anonymized dataset and the final version of the scale developed for the study entitled "Assessing Sustainability Competencies Within the Hearing Healthcare Workforce: Development and Psychometric Validation of a Profession-Specific Scale." The dataset includes responses collected from hearing healthcare professionals and students and was used for the psychometric evaluation of the instrument, including exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, reliability analyses, and validity assessments. The repository also includes the final Turkish version of the scale retained following the scale development and validation procedures. All data have been anonymized prior to sharing.
