This series is comprised of a collection of reports submitted to the Shire Council at their monthly meetings. They are contained within one volume bound together from individual papers, with each section separated by a green title page.These pages are labelled 30/1, 30/2, 30/3, etc. (the volume has the numeral '30' on the spine).
