Untreated U2OS, HOS-MNNG and Saos-2 cells were harvested and used to identify co-expressed NR genes in osteosarcoma cell lines. The U2OS cells treated with 10uM RARb antagonist LE135, PPARg antagonist T0070907, LXR agonist T0901317 and Rev-Erba agonist SR9011 for 24hr were harvested to evaluate the primary and early effects of the NR modulators on gene expression at the whole transcriptome level.
