RNA-sequencing of Theileria infected macrophages. Bulk RNA sequencing of primary bovine macrophages infected with the transforming parasite Theileria annulata

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated from the blood of two cows and differentiated to macrophages. Macrophages were infected with Theileria annulata (Ankara) sporozoites. 3 weeks following infection, RNA was isolated from non-infected and Theileria-transformed macrophages. All experiments were performed in triplicate.
