Decider_vs_NAO_regime_forecasts

Timeseries of Decider regime and NAO forecasts for both ERA5 and a 50-member IFS ensemble. Covers the years 1980-2015, NDJF only. Leap years are removed so each NDJF is precisely 120 days. Each timeseries is thus 120*36=4320 steps long. This data supports the manuscript submitted to Meteorological Applications titled "Balancing informativity and predictability in weather regime forecasts: a case study of energy demand in Great Britain", by Kristian Strommen, Hannah Christensen and Hannah Bloomfield.
