- Enterprise Scale: The score is the sum of the scores of three indicators: registered capital, registration time and number of employees, with a maximum total score of 30 points. Specifically:
* Registered capital: 10 points for ≥50 million RMB, 8 points for ≥10 million RMB, 4 points for ≥5 million RMB, 2 points for <5 million RMB;
* Registration time: 10 points for ≥10 years, 6 points for ≥5 years, 2 points for <5 years;
* Number of employees: 10 points for ≥1000 employees, 8 points for ≥300 employees, 6 points for ≥20 employees, 2 points for <20 employees;
- R&D Capability: Calculated as ∑ (Number of each type of patent * corresponding weight), where the weights of different patent types are determined subjectively, with a maximum score of 40 points;
- Competitiveness: Calculated as ∑ (Number of each indicator * corresponding weight), where the weights are determined subjectively. The selected indicators include system certifications, national standards (GB), industrial standards (HB), group standards, enterprise standards (Q), trademarks and administrative penalties, with a maximum score of 20 points;
- Growth Potential: Calculated as ∑ (Number of each indicator * corresponding weight), where the weights are determined subjectively. The selected indicators include bidding and tendering, chattel mortgage and land purchase, with a maximum score of 10 points;
The total comprehensive evaluation score is the sum of the scores of the four dimensions.
