Purified CD4 T cells from the spleen in mice were treated with bortezomib and/or immobilized anti-CD3 antibody. The aim of this project are to identify genes affected by proteasome inhibition. We used bortezomib (also known as Velcade) to inhibit proteasome acitivity.
