RNA sequencing with a mechanically stressed Arabidopsis VIP1 PosF21 bZIP29 bZIP30 quadruple mutant and ATB'' alpha beta gamma delta quadruple mutant

VIP1, PosF21, bZIP29 and bZIP30 are close homologs of each other in the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana and are involved in its responses to mechanical stress. Functions of these proteins can be regulated by protein phosphatase 2A B'' subunits (ATB'' proteins). The goal of this project is to compare transcriptomes of leaves between the wild type, the VIP1 PosF21 bZIP29 bZIP30 quadruple mutant and the ATB'' alpha beta gamma delta quadruple mutant that have been mechanically stressed by brushing.
