Dataset for: Characterization database of 36 genotypes of native potatoes of the andigenum group from the Cumbal Indigenous Reservation - 2025

A morphological characterization of plants belonging to the Andigenum group was conducted in 2025 to document the tuber traits of 36 native potato varieties provided by farmers in Cumbal, Colombia. The evaluation followed the native potato morphological descriptor proposed by Gómez (2000) and included the systematic recording of 20 morphological traits.
