GNPS RM 8231 Frozen Human Plasma Suite for Metabolomics (Fusion Lumos)

The application of reference materials and standards may significantly improve QA/QC to support metabolomics and lipidomics research. Included in this dataset is a LC/MS metabolomic analysis of RM 8231 Frozen Human Plasma Suite for Metabolomics and SRM 1950 in positive and negative ionization modes following protein precipitation with cold ethanol. The samples were analyzed using a Vanquish UPLC coupled to a Fusion Lumos mass spectrometer. Reconstituted plasma sample was separated by an Acquity HSS T3 C18 column at 350 uL/min and 45 C.
