Vitis zhejiang-adstricta, known for its rarity and disease-resistance, is a rare wild grape distributed in the southern mountain range of China. Here we report a high-quality genome assembly of V. zhejiang-adstricta (507 Mb) based on the whole genome sequencing strategy. With Hi-C data, V. bryoniaegolia Bge genome were clustered into 19 chromosomes with a scaffold N50 of 23.08 Mb. The repetitive sequences were accounted for 47.49% of the whole genome. A total of 31,196 protein-coding genes and annotated putative function using more comprehensive database were re-predicted. The chromosome-level genome assembly of V. bryoniaegolia Bge would give us insight into valuable resources and references for grape genetic diversity, enable us to facilitate the conservation and breeding of endangered wild grape germplasm by comparative genomics among related species.
