The fecal microbiota of 139 infants and their parents. The infant fecal samples were collected at ages 1 -2 weeks, and 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 11 and 14 months. Parental samples were collected around 1-2 week postpartum. Paired-end shotgun metagenome sequencing with BGISEQ 500.
