Influenza-specific Memory B cell ATAC seq

To determine the differences in chromatin accessibility between antigen-experienced memory B cells and naïve B cells, we isolated influenza-specific memory B cells expressing either IgG or IgM BCR and compared the chromatin accessibility landscape to naive B cells using ATAC-seq. Overall design: ATAC-seq of IgG and IgM memory B cells compared to naïve B cells.
