The Synergistic Impact of Stress Hyperglycemia ratio and Hemoglobin to Red Blood Cell Distribution Width Ratio: A New Paradigm for Enhancing Mortality Prediction After Thrombolysis

This is the presented data from the research entitled “The Synergistic Impact of Stress Hyperglycemia Ratio and Hemoglobin to Red Blood Cell Distribution Width Ratio: A New Paradigm for Enhancing Mortality Prediction After Thrombolysis.” This study aims to investigate whether elevated SHR combined with reduced HB/RDW at admission increases the risk of in-hospital mortality, poor functional outcome at hospital discharge, early neurological deterioration, 3-month mortality, and 3-month functional outcomes (excellent functional outcome, functional independence, poor functional outcome) in AIS patients treated with rt-PA compared to those with normal levels of both indices.
