DEGs that are downregulated only in one APP/PS1 subgroup are highlighted in red, those exhibiting enhanced transcript levels in two subgroups are marked in green. Increased transcript levels in three subgroups are marked in ocher, those in all four subgroups are highlighted in yellow.
