采集和统计本公司出厂电梯的维保情况，分析各地区电梯的维保种类和占比，结合各地区电梯维保情况数据，可以帮助企业了解各地区电梯维保首要选择方向，优化各驻点人员配置，及时与第三方维修公司合作，提高维修效率。电梯维保数据的算法规则包括以下几个方面：1、数据采集：以不同区域为区分标准，采集各地区电梯故障总数量、外部维保数量、外部安装数量、公司维保数量、公司安装数量；2、数据处理：通过各种类维保数量除以故障总数量，计算得各地区维保类型占比和每月电梯各维保类型总占比，并通过Finereport软件将各地区的维保类型占比制作成可视化的区域地图；3、通过各维保类型比例及可视化地图，可以准确了解不同区域内电梯的维保选择，根据不同类型维保分布，优化各驻点维修人员配置，控制预购配件的库存量，及时与第三方维修公司合作，提高维修效率，降低运营成本。

This dataset collects and counts the maintenance status of elevators manufactured by our company, and analyzes the maintenance types and their respective proportions of elevators across different regions. By leveraging the maintenance status data of elevators in various regions, enterprises can gain insights into the primary elevator maintenance options for each region, optimize the staffing of on-site service stations, collaborate with third-party maintenance companies in a timely manner, and enhance maintenance efficiency.

The algorithmic rules for elevator maintenance data are outlined as follows:
1. Data Collection: Taking different regions as the classification criterion, collect the total number of elevator failures, external maintenance quantity, external installation quantity, in-house maintenance quantity, and in-house installation quantity in each region;
2. Data Processing: Calculate the proportion of each maintenance type in each region and the total monthly proportion of each elevator maintenance type by dividing the quantity of each type of maintenance by the total number of failures. Then, use Finereport software to generate a visualized regional map displaying the maintenance type proportions of each region;
3. Through the proportions of each maintenance type and the visualized regional map, enterprises can accurately grasp the elevator maintenance preferences in different regions. Based on the distribution of different maintenance types, enterprises can optimize the staffing of on-site maintenance personnel, control the inventory of pre-purchased spare parts, cooperate with third-party maintenance companies in a timely manner, improve maintenance efficiency, and reduce operating costs.
