Differential gene expression of LNCaP, Huh-7, PC-3 and SH-SY5Y cells cultured at 18% O2 or 5% O2

To gain a better understanding of how the hyperoxic conditions of standard cell culture of cell culture affects the transcriptional profiles of cells, we used RNA-seq to analyze differential gene expression of four human cancer cell lines (LNCaP, Huh-7, PC-3 and SH-SY5Y) cultured for at least 14 days at either 5% O2 (physioxia) or 18% O2.
