LPIN1 was knocked down in human acute myeloid leukemia cell line OCI-AML3 and in human CD34+ umbilical cord blood cells after 48 hours of prestimulation using shRNA against human LPIN1 versus shRNA against luciferase (shLuc) as control to determine gene expression changes 48 hours after lentiviral transduction. Overall design: Transcriptome profiling of shRNA mediated LPIN1 knockdown in AML and healthy hematopoietic cells.
