Dataset from a Randomized Controlled Trial: Flurbiprofen Axetil Combined with Ultrasound-Guided Intercostal Nerve Block for Preoperative Analgesia in Patients with Traumatic Multiple Rib Fractures

This dataset is derived from a randomized controlled trial aimed at evaluating the effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with ultrasound-guided intercostal nerve block on preoperative analgesia in patients with traumatic multiple rib fractures. The dataset contains complete records of 152 patients, covering multidimensional indicators such as demographic characteristics, vital signs, blood gas analysis, diaphragm activity, pain scale (VAS), use of rescue analgesics, adverse events, and patient satisfaction. Main variables: Baseline data: patient ID, grouping (F/FB/B), gender, age, ASA grading, height, weight BMI、 diagnosis Physiological indicators before and after intervention: SpO ₂, PaCO ₂, PaO ₂, oxygenation index, left and right diaphragm activity (calm breathing and deep breathing) Pain and analgesia records: VAS scores and use of rescue drugs (flurbiprofen axetil, tramadol) at different time points (before intervention, 30 minutes, 6h, 12h, 18h, 24h) Safety indicators: adverse events such as hypertension, tachycardia, hypoxemia, allergic reactions, etc Patient satisfaction: satisfaction scores and total scores across 5 dimensions
