We performed scRNA-seq to analyze the changes of IECs cell subsets and signaling pathways in neonatal mice after NEC IECs (EpCAM+CD45-) from Ctrl pups, NEC pups, Fxrfl/fl and FxrΔIEC NEC pups were sorted via BD FACS. Sorted cells were sequenced using the 10x Genomics platform.
