资源简介:
Coronary artery disease (CAD) and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) frequently coexist, exacerbating higher mortality risk, yet their common molecular processes are inadequately understood. This study sought to elucidate the transcriptome pathways and immunological regulators associated with the comorbidity of CAD and OSA. A total of 143 participants, comprising healthy controls, OSA-only, CAD-only, and CAD-OSA patients, underwent clinical evaluation and RNA sequencing of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). Analyses of differential expression, functional enrichment, time-series clustering, and immune cell infiltration were conducted to identify critical pathways and hub genes. These data provide novel therapeutic targets for immunomodulation in high-risk CAD-OSA patients
