This project presents the transcriptome data of king grass grown in Cd-Pb co-contaminated soil, focusing on its transcriptional response to the composite system of Astragalus residue biochar (ARBC) and Enterobacter mori XJ10. The study aims to reveal the molecular mechanisms underlying the synergistic promotion of plant growth and heavy metal phytoremediation efficiency by the ARBC-Enterobacter mori XJ10 system, through RNA-seq analysis of king grass shoots under different treatments (uncontaminated control, Cd-Pb contaminated control, single Enterobacter mori XJ10 inoculation, single ARBC amendment, and ARBC-Enterobacter mori XJ10 composite treatment). These data provide insights into the regulatory networks of plant growth, heavy metal tolerance, and absorption in the context of phytoremediation.
