Filamentproduction using DOE here Taguchi Method

This dataset was created when producing PLA filament using a 3devo filament extruder. One dataset is for pure PLA, one for recycled PLA out of crushed and tried old prints. As DOE method a Taguchi analysis was used. Mittels dieser Analogie konnten bessere Parameter setze gefunden werden als vom Hersteller vorgegeben. However, within the experiment it turned out that by chance a very good parameter set could be found, Run 11, which led to a significantly better quality of the filament. Recycled filament is not yet suitable for high-quality use with this method - further research is necessary.
