<b>Dataset with pairwise distances employed to conduct the divergence analyses.</b>The following information is provided:<i>Species1</i> = identity of species #1<i>Species2 </i>= identity of species #2<i>acoustic_dist </i>= acoustic distance for that species pair.<i>morpho_dist</i> = morphological distance for that species pair.<i>elevation_dist</i> = elevational distance for that species pair.<i>phylo_dist</i> = phylogenetic distance for that species pair.<i>nodeID </i>= identity of the node from which both species diverged.node_age = age of the node.<i>node_age2</i> = squared node age.<i>geo_dist </i>= geographical distance for that species pair.<i>overlap</i> = degree of sympatry for each species pair using the overlap or Szymkiewicz-Simpson index (proportion of the smaller range that occurs in the larger range).<i>schoener</i> = degree of sympatry for each species pair using the Schoener's index.<i>ElevOverlapM </i>= elevational overlap in meters.<i>ElevOverlap</i> = degree of elevational overlap of pairs of sympatric taxa (computed by dividing the amount of overlap by the elevational range of the taxon with narrower range).CAT1 = classification of the pair (discerning between sympatric and non-sympatric pairs).CAT2 = classification of the pair (discerning between sympatric in elevation [syntopic] and non-sympatric in elevation [non-syntopic]).CAT3 = classification of the pair (discerning between syntopic, sympatric but non-syntopic, and non-sympatric pairs).<br><br><br><br>
