RNA-sequencing analysis of control and RBBP5-knockdown HCC1143 cell lines. RBBP5 (also know as RBQ3), a core component of a histone 3 lysine 4 (H3K4) methyltransferase complex, is highly amplified in several human cancers, including breast carcinomas. Results provide insight into the transcriptional regulation of RBBP5 in breast cancer.
