Rhizobium sp. Strain DG3-1, a Endophyte Isolated from Roots of the Cotton, had a certain antagonistic effect on Verticillium dahliae. In order to provide more resources of biocontrol strains for Verticillium Wilt of cotton, the genome of rhizobia DG3-1 was sequenced to understand the gene characteristics of rhizobia from the gene level, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent application of rhizobia in non leguminous plants.
