Data for: A complete methane budget for three young boreal hydroelectric reservoirs in Quebec, Canada

Data from the La Romaine project, from 2015 to 2022, for different measurements including CH4 diffusive, ebullitive, and degassing emissions, CH4 concentration in the water, environmental variables, and carbon isotopic signatures. The purpose of the data was to do a complete mass balance of CH4 in three of the four reservoirs of the La Romaine complex, and to use this mass balance to estimate ecosystem CH4 production, which is a process rarely measured in aquatic systems due to its complexity, including logistics.
