Over recent decades, it has been proposed that DNA interactions between mammalian chromosomes play an important role in the regulation of gene expression and cell fate determination. To study how DNA interactions change between cell types, high throughput chromosome confirmation capture (Hi-C) profiles were collected from CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells and B cells from mice. Overall design: In situ HiC was performed separately on three cell types (CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells and B cells) extracted from two mice. This lead to six samples in total with the two mice providing biological replicates for each cell type.
