The communication mechanisms between the intestine and the skin are not well investigated in domestic animals, especially in dogs. This study aimed to study the microbial communities throught using a high throughput 16s sequencing and to compare individual variability over 30 days between feces samples and superficiel skin swabs from tha right axillary regions in dogs.
