We used single-cell RNAseq to analyze transcriptional changes in lung cells following intranasal delivery of adenovirus vector-based recombinant SARS-CoV-2 vaccine. Overall design: Isolate CD45.2+7-AAD- live lung cells from vaccinated BALB/c mice, then preform single cell RNA and TCR sequening (10x genomics).
