Glosses (تعلیقات) on a passage of the Talwîḥ, viz. the paragraph (فصل) on the Good and the Bad (الحسن و القبح), and especially on the four مقدّمات of Ṣadr al-sharî’ah (corresponding to foll. 250 sqq. of no. 322), by ‘ABD AL- ḤAKÎM B. SHAMS AL-DÎN (SIYÂLKÛTÎ d. about A.H. 1060). See, for another commentary and the subject in general, Flügel, Hdss. Wien, ii. 613, and also Ḥ. Kh. vi. 448.
The preface begins: حامدا لمن انزل کتابه الحکیم تبیانا لکل شیء و هدی.
The first gloss is: من قضا بالشرع (قضایا الشرع.r) آه یعنی ان هذا الحکم مما یثبت بالشرع الخ.
Plainly written in a large hand.
On the last page is written: این کتاب حاشیه عبد الحکیم بر مقدمات تلویح. Catal. 226, xxii. (?).
