This is Data for SEER-Map.All the data (.nd2 files) are captured with NIS-Elements and can be open with NIS-Elements viewer. Introduction Hybridization optimization includes sample pretreatments in three conditions 40-Round FISH includes the data of 40 Round hybridization-dissociation cycles. Demo of Plant-microbiot image includes an in vivo SEER-Map analysis of a 30-strain microbial community colonizing the root of an Arabidopsis thaliana (Col-0) plant (Sample 1, Location 1).
