Azoarcus networks in droplets - Main dataset

This dataset contains the results from two droplet microfluidics experiments where a diversity of Azoarcus RNA networks have been encapsulated into individual separate droplets. RNA-Seq coupled with a system of unique barcoded hydrogel beads bearing primers have been used. <br>Sequencing reads have been UMI normalized and data per droplet has been aggregated. <br>This is the main dataset used to produce figures of the associated article.<br>More details can be found in the associated publication.
