The aim of this paper was to study the effect of complex enzyme preparation on apparent digestibility of nutrients, milk composition, serum biochemical indices, rumen fermentation parameters and rumen microflora in periparturient dairy cows. Eighteen periparturient Holstein cows with the same body weight, number of births and days in lactation and in good condition were selected and randomly divided into two groups of nine cows each. The control group was fed a basal ration and the experimental group was supplemented with enzyme complex to the basal ration according to the feed intak. At the end of feeding, periparturient cows were tested for apparent digestibility of nutrients, milk composition, serum biochemical indices, rumen fermentation parameters and rumen microflora.
