Multidrug-resistant ESKAPEE pathogens from clinical samples in Thailand

This study reports the identification and molecular characterization of AMR genes in ESKAPEE pathogens isolated from samples collected from 2017-2018 from Queen Sirikit Naval Hospital located in Chonburi province, Thailand. Whole-genome sequencing was performed and analyzed at Multidrug resistant organism Repository and Surveillance Network (MRSN), Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Silver Spring, MD USA.
