The Sequence Effect and its Impact on Cooperation, Conflicts, and Conflict Management in IT Freelancer-Client Relationships

This document represents the coding system along with the corresponding frequency distribution of each code. Given that our qualitative study examines conflict management behavior across three distinct interaction sequences, providing frequencies each code should enhance the transparency and replicability of the findings. By quantifying the occurrence of various behaviors within each sequence, readers can better understand the prevalence and patterns of conflict management behavior observed in the study. This enhances the credibility of our research outcomes by providing empirical support for the qualitative analysis conducted.
