Spatially resolved transcriptomic and plasma proteomic data from advanced gastric cancer patients treated with chemoimmunotherapy

This dataset accompanies the manuscript: Spatiotemporal transcriptomic profiling of gastric cancer microenvironment identifies tumor-proximal SPP1+ macrophage as a determinant of chemoimmunotherapy efficacy. The dataset contains: GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler (DSP) data: Per-sample gene expression count tables (1,784 areas of illumination) and sample metadata from a phase II clinical trial discovery cohort (NCT04249739; 70 patients, 935 AOIs) and an independent real-world validation cohort (137 patients, 402 AOIs). Each count file contains gene-level raw counts for one AOI. The accompanying Sample_List_geomx.txt file provides clinical and technical metadata for each AOI. Olink plasma proteomics data: Normalized protein expression (NPX) values for 2,939 analytes from 32 patients in the clinical trial cohort, with associated clinical metadata.
