To investigate the genetic characteristics of Alboglossiphonia lata and elucidate the evolutionary relationship among Glossiphoniidae family, we sequenced the complete mitochondrial genome of Alboglossiphonia lata to provide useful molecular data for better understand the phylogeny of Glossiphoniidae family.
