Reproducibility archive v1.3: measurement-design laws for impedance-based weak internal-short-circuit screening of lithium-ion batteries

Version 1.3 of the reproducibility archive (supersedes v1.1). It contains every experiment directory the manuscript rests on (108 directories: preregistrations with registration-time hashes, frozen configurations, manifests with verdicts), the analysis code (bin/xz4_*.py), the governance records (experiment ledger and claim registry), figures and derived tables, an INVENTORY.md generated from the manifests with every registration hash re-verified, and SHA256SUMS.txt over every file. Added since v1.1: the deployment-law campaign (XZ-D125 to D137, R102 to R107), the cross-laboratory transport law and its measurement-physics mechanism (XZ-D138 to D156), the re-threshold, augmentation, dose and re-measurement laws (D147 to D151), the cross-family, bootstrap and selection-correction certifications (D157, D158, D162 to D164), and the precision noise-injection table (D161). Files are restricted during peer review and available to editors and reviewers through the record's share link; metadata is public.
