Next-generation sequencing analysis of METRNL+/+(WT) and METRNL-/- (METRNL KO) macrophages treated with candida albicans

To investigate the gene expression profilie of METRNL knock out macrophages , we designed RNA-Seq analysis of METRNL+/+ and METRNL-/- macrophages treated with candida albicans.
