OSI-flex dataset: sheared phase-difference measurements from experiments and simulations

This dataset contains sheared phase-difference measurements obtained using shearing interferometry for three types of samples: a calibrated phase object, a two-photon printed cell phantom, and thyroid cytology samples, as well as corresponding simulated data. The dataset is prepared for use with the OSI-flex reconstruction algorithm (https://github.com/QCI-LAB/OSI-flex.git). For details on the algorithm, see J.
