Spectrum-FISH: Sequencing-free spatial profiling of post-transcriptional regulation in fresh tissues

This dataset is associated with the research paper “Sequencing free spatial profiling of post transcriptional regulation in fresh tissues.” It contains multiple files corresponding to different biological samples and demonstration datasets. The .mat files are MATLAB data files provided for demonstration using rodent tissues. The mRNA-related files (mRNA_data_E9.mat, mRNA_data_E10.5.mat, and mRNA_data_E12.mat) correspond to spatial profiling of embryonic neural tube tissues at different developmental stages.
