This dataset contains high-resolution epifluorescence microscopy images of E. coli cells, acquired on a Nikon Eclipse Ti2-U and Nikon AXR with NSPARC microscope. Images were prepared on agarose pads and imaged at 1000x magnification. Images are provided in raw and processed formats with full metadata and acquisition details.This dataset contains raw microscopic images related to the manuscript entitled <i>"Chain formation mediated by Escherichia coli immunoglobulin-binding proteins EibD and EibG depends on expression levels and localization of proteins."</i> The manuscript is currently under submission and has not yet been made publicly available. These images support the experimental findings presented in the manuscript.
