In collaboration with Babcock International, we introduced a unified digital twin (DT) development framework for manufacturing. The DT operates by remotely monitoring high-value asset operations and potential failures.To demonstrate its effectiveness, the framework was applied to five interconnected air compressors at a Babcock industrial site. Real-time data from the facility validated the framework's efficacy.  Analysis revealed that the proposed DT enhances facility operational availability and decision-making by promptly and accurately detecting faults.
