BlueHive Computational Compendium

This paper provides a brief description of a standard computational cluster (collection of computer nodes). Provided are instructions for easy login and file transfer, manipulating files and directories, creation of submission scripts using the PBS job management system and monitoring progress of the distributed computations. Benchmarking data for certain common codes in computational molecular sciences are presented as well. This paper will hopefully help users to exploit resources in a more manner.<br>
