Tamworth and feral raw sequence reads. Sus scrofa

Colon and cecum samples were obtained from feral pigs in Texas, USA and from Tamworth breed pigs. Metagenomic sequencing was done to define the microbial communities from both breeds. High-throughput culturomics was conducted on the samples and select isolates were sequenced using the Illumina platform.
