Sequences of all polyprotein domains in FASTA format. Individual types of domains are distinguished by a prefix which is followed by a name of DNA sequence of the complete element. For example Ty1-RT__REXdb_ID3879 is a protein sequence of RT domain from Ty1/copia element whose entire DNA sequence name is REXdb_ID3879.
