The file contains water quality data for coliforms and Turbidity measured by citizen scientists and professional scientists in Lake Tanganyika.
Sampling sites are distributed sites (3) in five coastal
communities of the northeastern Lake Tanganyika
Sampling
day is the month and year when these measurements were made. Samples were
made in the middle 10 days of the month.
TFR are
measurements of coliforms (CFU/100 mL) made by TAFIRI professional scientists
CS are
measurements of coliforms (CFU/100 mL) made by trained citizen scientists of
the same sampled water
Turbidity
are measurement of nephelometric turbidity (NTU) made by citizen scientists
using a calibrated Secchi tube
