MYO1F in neutrophils is required for the response to immune checkpoint blockade therapy

This study identifies MYO1F as a pivotal regulator of the immunosuppressive capabilities and expansion of tumour-associated neutrophils during cancer progression. By elucidating a novel regulatory mechanism involving MYO1F, we offer valuable insights into potential indicators of ICB efficacy. These findings could facilitate the development of advanced immunotherapeutic strategies, enhancing the effectiveness of treatments aimed at overcoming the challenges presented by the immunosuppressive tumour microenvironment.
